Is there alcohol in Bissell Buds?

No! It’s just seltzer water with 5mg of hemp-derived THC and 5mg of CBD, plus hop extract and natural flavors.

What exactly is THC? What is Delta-9 THC? What is hemp-derived Delta-9 THC?

Delta-9 is the most abundant form of Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, which is the main psychoactive component of cannabis. Hemp-derived means that the cannabis plant it is sourced from contains 0.3% or less of Delta-9 THC (as opposed to marijuana-derived, which contains more than 0.3%).  

How will Bissell Buds make me feel, and how many should I drink?

Just like alcohol affects everyone differently, exactly how you feel will depend on you, your THC tolerance, and how much Buds you consume. At 5mg of THC per can, this is considered a lower dose–but we’d recommend starting with one and seeing how you feel from there. In short, especially if you’re inexperienced with THC: start low and go slow. 

Is Bissell Buds legal? 

Yes - it is federally legal due to the Farm Bill of 2018, which removed hemp from the list of controlled substances.That said: your state and/or local jurisdictions may have different laws or restrictions around hemp-based products.  

Can I get Bissell Buds shipped to my state?

Do I need to keep Bissell Buds cold?

No, this product does not require refrigeration for storage–but for the best flavor experience, we recommend serving it chilled.
